Beep and OBC Temp Flashing

obc is warning you of near-freezing temperatures.. (so watch out, the
road could be icy etc)

no matter what it is displaying, once the temperature drops below X degrees
(3 degrees C, 37F ?) it bongs and shows the temperature.
