Mark, your "ERAM" might be wonderful product, and fact, it might be
really as you might claim it works or how good it performs. But I need
to ask you a question, back in the days, when you first came here to the
digest (a month ago I think) you claimed you had two BMW's (no model
specified) and you said that those two BMW's had the same modifications,
one had the ERAM and the other didn't? From what I heard that there's a
5-10HP error from the difference in BMW engines, not all motors aren't
built the same (shocker, but it's true), and you claimed that your ERAM
gained   5-7HP. Well, let's see.. the error between engines, and add
this and subtract, you might end up the same HP as the other BMW or
lower HP than the other BMW...

OK, let's skip the fact about dyno this, dyno that... Your ERAM might
work, might not work, but do you think you are going to sell alot of
ERAM in this Digest? Well, I'm speaking on MY behalf and not the others
because I doubt they think like me, you kinda annoyed me with all your
e-mails about this and that. As far as I remember (not much on that
case) each digest consists of 12 e-mails, and for that period you mailed
9 out of 12 on defending your self. How can you advertise something when
it's not done or it's still in "development"?

And when you finish developing the final "stages" of the ERAM to make it
more cheaper, I hope you don't dare advertise on the Digest, I'm not
aware of all policy on the Digest, but i know it's free advertisement
for personal uses, but if you are using it for business (Rodd Sydney,
www.innovations.org) are strict violation of the policy (Richard Welty,
any time now...).

Mark, don't take this the wrong way, but if you did, I'm sorry, reply
back to me privately and we will discuss it privately. Also something
you did that annoyed me also when I e-mailed you privately and you
answered back to me and also forward it to the Digest kinda pissed me
off.
