<E34> M5 Suspension in a 535i?

     Hi folks,
     
     Wondering whether the suspension (springs, shocks, stabilizer bars) 
     from an E34 M5 will fit an E34 535i with no modifications or problems. 
     What else should I go ahead and do while I'm at it?
     
     Would you care to share your opinion on the stock vs. M5 suspension in 
     non-track, daily-drive situations?   The car is a 1991 with a manual 
     gearbox and stock wheels.
