E28 Exhaust

I was wondering if someone could helpf me w/ the exhaust on my 85
535i.  The exhaust is in very good shape except that the chrome
tips are starting to rust and a small hole 1 x0.5 cm has appeared along
the tip.  Although the car appears to run fine, I was wondering if
there is anything I can do to patch it up or replace the tips?  Thanks
