<E36> squeaky seats

Hello all, I still have the same problem with my seats, if a move around at
all they start to squeak.  It doesn't seem to be coming from the joints but
rather the hard casing on the backside of the seat.  Is there anyway to get
rid of this annoying sound?  
Also, does anybody know where I might be able to order in those small
eyebrows that go on the front headlights, I have seen them on a few M's and
they look really sharp.
