Duplicate posts/Lame Brains

It  has been observed that various and sundry lame brains are posting
duplicate messages to the digest. Apparently these authors lack the
technical literacy to set their browser so that this does not occur.

It is not a difficult problem to solve. Consult with your tech. support
personnel.
