I don't think that TireRack or Discount Tire Direct offer BMWCCA discounts. I
just ordered my winter tires from TireRack and they offered me free shipping
because I ordered in quantity. Different salespeople make different offers
though, so if anybody wants the contact information for my salesperson let me
know.
