At ignition key position "1" I get an accurate outside temp reading. At
ignition key position "2", whether the engine is running or not, I get a
temp reading of near or just below freezing and this may fluctuate
slightly but stays around the freezing mark. Any suggestions or
solutions would be appreciated.
