<E28> Rear suspension question

Is it possible to replace an '86 535i  "rear trailing arm to axle
connecting link" without replacing the whole darn trailing arm?  It sure
doesn't look like it in the Bentley pictures.  If so, what is involved?
Does the whole trailing arm need to be removed to press in new bushings?
I had not planned on replacing the main trailing arm bushing this time
around so I would like to avoid having to tear EVERYTHING apart if
possible.
