The "big six" M30 engines are unique in the temp on the combustion
process.  This is why you should only use the Bosh WR9LS in the M30
engines.  A factor also is idle, the M30 run really lean at idle, and
this can damage other plugs like the platinums.  I had two sets fail
before I was informed of this problem.  You should only use the silvers
in the M30's.

I dont have any other info on hot plugs.
