<Ok, there was a simulator thread a while ago that this really pertains to.

<This doesn't have any BMW's in it but it is the only driving game that I
<have found that I think is worthy of the genre simulator. I've tried a few
<driving games and thought pretty hard about buying a playstation just for
<gran tourismo since I had heard so many good things about it. Well, my
<search for a realistic driving game is over.

Right on David. This game is awesome. I was involved with the driving game
thread that you read earlier, and I am a newborn GPL enthusiast. I have
spent a lot of time with F1 racing by ubisoft, but I really think that this
is a more realistic game. I think the cars handle and drive like they are
supposed. Notice how whenever you hit the brakes the front end comes down? I
love that you can see the front suspension working with the gas and brakes.
Oh...and since David you are playing with the grand prix cars...did you see
how the car rocks from side to side with the gas pedal? Very Cool... I am
using the Thrustmaster nascar pro steering wheel and pedals and the game
feels awesome.
>From what I read in the manuals, "The Glen" is different on the game than
the course is today. I'll have to look for what they changed, but it is said
in your GPL "strategy guide." I thought it was just one section or
something.

Anyway, cheers and if anyone is looking for a new driving sim...check this
game out.
Oh, and did we mention that you can get airborn in these cars?

Cheers!
