WTB BL/SS Nylon Cup Removal Tool

I noticed on the short shifter web page that the "Nylon Cup Removal
Tool" is included with every BL/SS kit. Once a kit is installed, there's
no more use for the tool, right? I'd like to buy someone's
no-longer-needed tool (Hey, no John Bobbitt jokes!).  Let me know via
private reply your price and location.

BTW Are there different versions of the tool for different models?
