     Get your friend and find a local TV news station. Many of them have a
designated consumer guy who will try to help, and who will go on the
airwaves to talk about his experience -- especially if he fails. It's a
long shot, but if these guys really did that, I think the rest of the city
deserves a warning not to deal with them.
