Snowboard/Ski rack recommendations?

Well, now that it is winter in the mountains of SoCal, I must figure
out a way of getting my trusty snowboard up to the mountains.  So,
does anyone have any suggestions for snowboard/ski racks for an E30?

Before this winter, I had a pickup, so I never payed much attention
to car racks... I am not sure what to look for in a car rack, other
than that I want one that locks.

Any recommendations?
