318FI on a 2002

Hi Folks,

I'm investigating installing a 318i FI system on my 2002 until I can address
all the needed issues relating to installing my 6cyl and 5spd tranny.
Before jumping in head first I'd like to get some input from the digest
membership.

Does anyone have any installation instructions, hints and/or tips?
How long does the installation take and what mods  are  required?
