Forced Induction on the Cheap <wob>

The last time this thread came up (earlier this year), I thought the best
idea was to use twin gas-powered leaf blowers for forced induction. 
No parasitic losses and only a slight decrease in gas mileage.  Of
course, in communities that have banned leaf blowers, you'd have to
turn them off and run unboosted.

But, Jim O, I must admit, the "Monica with a garden hose" concept might
just render that leaf blower idea obsolete.
