Jared,
            Here in Australia we get the magazine you mentioned.  I've seen
it before, I can get more info if you like, basically its just a performance
(suprise suprise) magazine that comes out of britian.  Its quite new though,
so give it time, if you want me to find out who produces it lemme know.
