Trouble posting to the list?s

Recently the last couple of weeks I've had all my posts to the Digest returned
with error messages. However my last attempt made it through. How can I avoid
this in the future? Also someone answered my ?s in the same issue of the
Digest, what's up with that? Are there different editions of the same Digest
being sent out?
