The only place I know that will sell you ALL the parts you'll need (more
than just the oilpan) for the modification at a great price is PTG. Keep
in mind that the job is fairly labor heavy (up to a day). A friend of
mine recently took Euro delivery of a '98 M3 and did a lot of research
into the parts needed and pricing. PTG came out on top by a long shot.
He had Korman do the install.
Also, the pan was designed for the '95 3.0 engine, so the installer will
have to make some additional modifications for the correct fit. Make
sure you work with someone who knows what they're doing.
It's a lot of work and money, especially when the slight overfill (1/2
quart works for me) should do the job.
