98 M3-Popping out of gear

Hello all,
Been experiencing a problem lately with my 98 M3.  Seems that it has been
popping out of gear, usually 2nd or 3rd after letting out the clutch and
giving some gas, it just WHAM slams back into neutral.  The first time it
happened, I thought nothing of it, but now that it has happened twice, I am
getting concerned.  Any ideas before I spend the day taking it to the dealer,
UGH!???  TIA
