<E30> New recalls?

I know I may be blowing in the wind on this one. I saw mention of BMW 
just issuing a recall on the profile gaskets on an email on a BMW related 
website. Can anyone confirm this? I have a feeling the individual may be 
referring to the Technical Service Bulletin. If this should be true, when 
did this come about. I just rolled mine out of the shop today, 2 weeks of 
blood, sweat and tears for my Father and I to do the job. We took our 
time, but probably could have gotten done in 5 days if we worked 
steadily. I can understand why the labor consitutes most of the cost! I 
know I am dreaming about a recall, but just could not help to mention 
what I saw on an article on www.bmwlemon.com   This is not a complimentry
