97 BMW 318i

Hi

This is my first post to the list. But I am a frequent reader.

I have a  97 BMW 318i. Recently I notice that when I go over bumps or
potholes the car is very noisy. What could be wrong. I notice especially
that the front doors are making the noise (I think). Also the steering seems
to be noisy when going over bumps. As it is under warranty, I took it to the
dealer and they said that it seemed OK. Somehow I am not convinced.

Is this just a regular wear and tear or is something wrong? If anyone has
any suggestions or has encountered anything similar, please let me know. I
greatly appreciate any help I can get.
