Subject:  99 323 or 99 Passatt V6

NEWBIE QUESTION :   I am currently in the market for ONE of the following 2
cars:

BMW 323 1999 sedan.

or

VW Passat 1999  2.8 V6 Tiptronic.

1st some background information:  I'm 26 and about to get married.  Had a
95 Jetta GLX which I loved!  but after 26,000 miles and an expired
warranty, I could no longer go to the shop every other week for some other
electronic problem.  Went through 2 radios and 4 power windows, one
sunroof, and a host of other problems.  I traded it in for a BORING BORING
BORING Honda Accord 1996 and although it is as perfect (in workmanship and
quality) as can be expected, it is BORING.
