Oil viscosity in Florida

I live in South Florida and had always used 20W-50 dino until I learned the
benefits of synthetics and have used Mobil 1 15W-50 ever since.  I was
wondering if it is OK to switch to 10W-30 in the winter (oxymoron) down
here.  I doubt I will see high temperatures above 82-83 degrees from now
until March.  Thanks for any wisdom you can provide.
