UUC Badge Requirements

So, the thang is:

To preserve the value of being a bona fide member of the UUC, points gotta
be earned!  I figure that UUC Motorwerks should be able to come up with
values for each UU unit and a qualifier to prove that it was truly
underground.

Perhaps one proof could be a notarized letter from the SO attesting to the
safety factors inherent in the upgrade.  Another might be photos of a
smiling SO next to the U unit.

Come on Duane, et all... give the badge wearin' public what they want and
assign a point system and application format so they can be members of the
UUC!

Oh, yeah, how many points do I get for ripping the self levelling suspension
out and putting in the Bilsteins, flinging the TRX wheels in favor of the
Gottis and then having the wheels polished?  Car runs WAAYYY faster now! And
the SO KNOWS that a stiff suspension and the racing wheels with the 940
Potenzas make the car so much safer...
