Car vibrating

hi
i drove to tulsa yesterday and whenever i get from 80-90 mph, the car
vibrates a lot. as the speed increases, it vibrates less or i think it
vibrates faster. what could be the problem???
Also, whenever i am in 3rd or 4th, and in low rpm, and i start to
accelerate, there is a funny sound from under the car, somekind of
clicking and a faint screeching sound.

any ideas???
