Warped E28 Rotors

Derek,

I too went through two sets of rotors in less than six months on my 87 E28 535is.
I used Brembo, but found a had a caliper that was hanging. I only discovered the
problem after the first set of rotors (Brembo). My tech recommended to use on the
BMW rotors, they have eliminated all the warp problems that he has come across. I
would have your calipers checked, (spin the tires off the ground, if it stops
briefly) you probably have a bad caliper or bad pads). There is a reason for
these warped rotors, it is difficult finding it. The BMW rotors were $54.00 vs
Brembo $48.00. Go figure !
