E36 M3 front license plate bracket and mounting parts

Someone once posted the part numbers in order to convert an E36 M3 car
from no front license plate (with the BMW insert there instead) to a
car that has the full front license plate mounting point and bracket/surround
for the front plate. If you have that could you please e-mail or
fax that to me please.
