Can anyone tell me the ECU connector pin designations for an 84 533i?
I'm trying to diagnose a "no spark" condition, and the manuals I
have(Haynes and Alldata) don't have this info. I've tested the relays,
coil, distributor, and speed/reference sensors and found no faults. So,
either the ECU is fried, or it's not getting power or ground. If the ECU
does need replacement, is this a dealer only part or is there another
good source? TIA

I've been on this board almost a year now. And I want everyone to know
how much I REALLY APPRECIATE the good info spewed forth here. It has
helped me tremendously in getting my 84 533i running well. I just wish I
had all this help availiable 10-15 years ago when I restored my 72 2002.
