The great thing about aluminum is that it doesn'corrode. It sometimes
may look it if there is another metal touching it that does corrode, but
aluminum doesn't. This is why my dad's irrigation company deals in
aluminum pipes and fittings for the most part. My dad's company is very
large and supplies many other companies with aluminum parts. big money
here.
Also, the people who say that speed isn't dangerous are the people to
look out for, they are the ones driving SUVs with reckless abandon. I'm
getting quite ticked off at all the people who say these words. It is
very dangerous. Anybody know whay the Porsche tookoff? It was going too
fast. It crested the hill behind the other car and it caught a lot of
air underneath and tookoff. It probably could have stayed down if it had
backed off and gone slower, but then that wouldn't be racing would it?
Also, why do you think there are so many regulations in racing, roll
cages, sealed gas tanks, etc. because of the speed. Sometimes a person
can be lucky and walk away from an accident involving high speed, but
usually they are driven away with sirens blazing. A car can kill a
pedestrian going only 25 mph. Don't kidd yourself, or kill yourself.
