I might have found my car! Comments?

Howdy Folks -

I've been (passively :^) shopping for a M3/E36 for a few months and this
week found a car that's pretty close to my requirements:

M3 '95-97
5-speed
black/blue w/ "light" interior

The car is specifically:

1997 M3 Sedan
5-speed
20K miles
Cosmo Black with light grey interior
Power everything, 17 double-spoke wheels, trip-computer, am/fm/cass,
moon-roof

Lacking? CD, trip/computer, anything else?

They have it listed at $38K (which is obviously a bit too high) - the
sales guy immediately said they would 'let it go' for $35K (it's listed
on autobytel.com at $34.8K anyway).

KBB lists it closer to 40K, Edmunds and some other sources list it
closer to $30K - seems the sedans are usually a good $5K or so *less*
than the equivalent coupe. Are there any other variations between the
two? The latest (i.e. 1998) brochure says the sedan doesn't have the
same cosmetic embelishments on the seating as the coupe does - I believe
they're refering to the "M" striping?

At any rate, I hadn't considered a sedan/4-door, but the given it's
nearly identical to the coupe in size, weight, performance, it might not
be a bad idea. I just have to get over my psychological hurdles about
owning a "4-door" :^)
