<All> Electrical Harness Wrap

The harness wrapping on my 88 M6 is rotten and just peals off leaving the 
wires loose.
This OE harness wrap looks like 25mm wide electrical friction tape(cloth 
backing).
I have seen harness wrap on newer BMW's that looks more durable.  This 
harness wrap looks like it has some vinyl in the backing however it still 
has a cloth look.
Does anyone know the BMW part number of the late model harness wrap.  Is 
there an aftermarket source for this harness wrap.
