E30 Operating temperature question

Hi all,
I just put a brand new aftermarket radiator in my '85 318 (US, man. Trans,
A.C.). During normal driving the temp is between 190 and 200 degrees F. I
just want to make sure I am staying within normal operating temperatures as
I just had the head redone for the second time (thanks to a faulty
temperature gauge). I have also changed the thermostat and have an Autometer
mechanical temp gauge in place.
