Atlernative O2 sensor for E28

I just moved to North Carolina, and along with removing my window tinting
(which is in perfect condition, and PERFECTLY legal in the state I moved
from... grrr), I also have to get a new oxygen sensor before I can pass
'GO' and get the coveted inspection sticker.  Can anyone recall the
alternative and considerably less expensive O2 sensor that will fit and
work in the E28 that I believe is a Ford part?
