If they guarantee that it works (and I assume they have already tried it)
why do they need others to confirm it and why through mail order?  Don't
they have BMWs in their area?  No one will let them touch their car?  These
may be the nicest guys in the world but it seems to me they just want to
sell the units.

Skeptical in Virginia.
