Recall

Hi all,

Just heard on the news, BMW is recalling a great many cars between 88 and 94
for a faulty coolant cap.  This caused it's stock to plummet on the DAX.  My
Q is:

If I am not the original owner, can I still have the recall work performed
gratis?
