e30 sheetmetal



When rot takes hold, the bold will reach for their bristle discs, angle
grinders pressurized sandblasters and < 30 arc volt welders.  Who has the
skinny on replacement panels , not just fenders. I mean strut perches, inner
fenders panels for early e30?  Is Wurth seam sealer a close cousin of the
factory undercoating? Is the cost justified? Could one apply it without the
gun, say as spackle to a wall? Would its durability be improved by topcoating
with body color?
One thousand dollars in paper,tape, chemicals and paint is better than
9000-10000 that I've been quoted.
