M3 injectors in 318i?

I have a 95 318i (M42), and wish to know if swapping my current (stock)
injectors for their M3 equivalents would net me any gains.  The way I
basically see it... more gas = more hp.  I would assume that I would also
be needing new software?  If I'm right would their be a decent amount of
power increase?  If I'm wrong let me know.
