<02> driveshaft hitting exhaust?

I was driving home from work yesterday, when I started to hear a nasty 
clunking/grinding noise every time I shifted gears. Car is a 1975 2002 
with the stock 4-speed. I live in Baltimore city, so I haven't had a 
chance to jack her up yet and check it out. Did some slow rolling shifts 
after I parked her on the street at home, and it sounds like the 
driveshaft is wobbling back and forth against the exhaust. Any quick 
ideas on this(guibo, center support bearing, etc.), and any suggestions 
on a reputable shop in/around Baltimore would be greatly appreciated.
