Seat "twisting" on 6-series

I have the same problem on a 1982 733i.

I seems that the side bolsters give in to the constant weight being applied
to them. On mine, it is the driver seat right side bolster. I tried force
to push the interior suppurt back into place. That worked to some extent
but I think I'm going to have to dis-assemble the seat back and do a proper
straightening job.  The support could also be weakened to the point of no
return, which is another problem all of its own.
