<02> Installing a 6cyl in an 02

I just wanted to inform everyone that my 71 2002 is no longer for sale. 
I've decided to keep it and continue where I left off. I've acquired
another 02 which has a 79 323 6cyl and 5spd transmission installed.  My
goal is to transfer these items to my 71 02. Does anyone have any info
on doing this or knows someone that has done a similar conversion. My
goal here is to build a reliable daily driver that I can occasional take
to drivers schools. 

I'm using this car solely for parts so if you're in need of 02 parts
I'll be parting out what I do not use.

BTW, I'm still selling my '94 325i if anyone is interested.
