Filling in chipping on windshield

Just now I was driving home on the highway when I saw a damn silvery color
thing hit my windshield. I suspected it to be a loose bolt that came off
from under the car that was ahead of me in the right lane.

Anyway, there is now some small chipping on the surface of the windshield.
I am wondering whether there is anything , somekind of polish that can fill
in the chips. I vaguely remember something called ".... ruby" that is for
filling in scratching on glass. If such thing does exist, what is the whole
name? and where can I expect to find it?
