Squealing Brakes

Brought my '98 328is twice to dealer for squealing brakes. They "service" =
the brakes but as soon as I leave....squeal! What can I tell them =
specifically to do to really solve this problem. Don't want to chamfer =
pads, or apply compound on the pads myself since I already got two new =
front disks from them. (after 4 track days heh, heh) and want them to =
still honor the warranty.
