[E30M3] New wheels/tires

I've got an E30 M3, with tires on stock wheels that are rather worn.

I'm considering getting wider wheels/tires, on the grounds that if
the car comes wiht fender flares, i might as well use them for the
inteded purpose.

What's a good wheel that has the right pattern and offset, for not
too insane a price?

Also, what's a good street tire for these cars, being as my priority
is a tire that's communicative and forgiving.
