A good friend of mine is a customer service rep for Nissan. On a humorous
note, he says he'd buy a Honda. Otherwise he says that the Maxima gets the
least amount of complaints by far. Of all the Nissan complaints, he says
the Tranny is the first to go.
My personal preference to an alternative would also be the Audi A4 1.8T
Quattro. My other buddy picked one up for about $25 OTD last month. Lacks
some power, but the interior is nice.
