re: Jim C. chips

Dear Digest,

Earlier this year there was a supposed chip "scam" going on that allegedly
involved Jim C. chips. Has anyone heard how things proceeded? And/or, has
anyone heard if Mr. Conforti prevailed?

Jim had mentioned that he would keep us posted on the proceedings, and I
did not know if I missed any info.
