administrivia: one more thing

we have size limits on submissions. they must be under 10,000 characters;
this is for two reasons. one is so that entire digests don't get sent back.
some of you send whole digests back to the list without editing properly.

the other is to keep people from posting images.  please, people, don't
send gifs and jpgs. there are web pages and ftp sites for such things.
