No need to worry - yet.  The "Varity" portion of the LucasVarity name refers
to a recent acquisition - a company called Varity - that had several
automotive divisions.  One of the more notable ones was the Michigan-based
Kelsey-Hayes division, known for OE wheels and ABS systems.  I suspect it'll
take several years for LucasVarity to dismember the ABS operations to their
liking <g>
