92 525iT Door Panel Problem

Does anyone have information on the door panel
lifting on E34 cars?  I remember reading about this 
awhile ago and now  I am having the problem on
(3) of the doors. The panel seems to be shrinking and
is lifting away from the arm rest, causing the insert to
pop off.  Was there a warranty campaign for this or any
recalls??  ANy info will be appreciated.
