BMW Mechanics in NYC? Please HELP!!!

Hello fellow BMW Enthusiasts!

I am considering purchasing a pre-owned 97' M3 with over miles on it.  What I wanted to know was if anyone know of a good mechanic that would be willing to look at it this Saturday morning, just a thorough inspection to make sure everything is o.k.  Preferebly he won't charge an arm and a leg, but I still need one since I'm not the best mechanic.  Any help is greatly appreciated!
